Theres more to Stoke than meets the eye

Megan Rose Ltd was founded in 2019 and is a family business with a passion for Stoke on Trent.  Our aim is to keep the history and heritage of this amazing city alive with affordable yet fantastic quality biro and digital artwork. Along the way we have introduced a variety of different products so you can display your favourite pieces in a unique way , such as Tote bags, Cushion covers and Coasters. 

  • Shipping and delivery:

We ship all of our products via Royal Mail 24hr or Parcel Force for large items.

Our customers should automatically receive shipping updated via email or text message, however in the event you do not receive an update do not hesitate to contact us and we will track your parcel for you.

International shipping can be arranged, however you will first have to contact us on info@meganrosedesign.co.uk to get a quote and time frame for your delivery.

  • Returns and refunds

We offer a 14 day refund policy for damaged products. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on bespoke items due to the nature of the product. You must contact us as soon as you notice the product is damaged and include a photograph of any damage. Email info@meganrosedesign.co.uk with your order number, name and photograph of the damage and then we can start on arranging your returns, swap or refund.
